Deirdre Quiery brings her experience as a Novelist (she has published three best-selling novels with Urbane Publications, available on Amazon) and as an Artist (with two successful art exhibitions in London and Mallorca) to her work in Leadership Development, Teambuilding and Coaching.  She has travelled in more than 40 countries working with more than 60 clients in global implementations in Leadership, Selection, Performance Management, 360 degrees Feedback and Coaching.  Building on her Masters in Consciousness Studies and Transpersonal Psychology, She specialises in evolutionary human development.

Visionary. Deirdre has explored the evolution of human consciousness since consciousness studies emerged as an integrated discipline in the 1990s. She has studied with Meditation Masters and Mystics to deeply understand the infinite potential of human growth.

Deirdre was a District Manager in Financial Services with a UK Bank. She also has extensive experience in Sales training and Learning and Development.

Building on his engineering and finance background, Martin consults with and coaches leaders and teams at all levels, in a wide range of industries and locations across the world.
He has designed and run Leadership Development interventions in areas ranging from Strategy and Change Management through to Coaching and Influencing and has experience working virtually.
Clients include Airbus, Philips, Texas Instruments Cisco Systems, Air Liquide, Bristol Myers Squibb, Lilly, HSBC, BNP Paribas, Boston Scientific, Hitachi, Saint Gobain, Du Pont, AXA, Coca Cola, Reuters and many other multinationals.

Prior to working with Seven Rocks, Martin had a variety of Finance Roles in Industry, including Finance Director with a team of 20 people in three countries. He qualified in Finance with KPMG in the UK.
