International Executive Coach working with Senior Leaders to create development plans by gaining insights from 360 degrees feedback and Personality inventories and helping stretch participants to prepare them for the challenges to be faced within future roles.
Team Coaching – working with Team Leaders to stretch team performance to exceptional levels, including clarifying Vision, Values and Strategic Priorities.

Other

Deirdre is currently seeking a publisher for her first novel “Eden Burning” and is writing her second novel, “Gurtha”. She incorporates Storytelling concepts and skills within Leadership Development. Deirdre has been practising and teaching Mindfulness for fifteen years, experience which supports and informs her work with Emotional Intelligence.Prior to working with Seven Rocks, Deirdre spent more than 12 years in the financial services industry, as a District Manager within Barclays (formerly the Woolwich).

Coaching

Executive Coaching for improved business performance, operational effectiveness and personal wellbeing.
Team Coaching – working with Team Leaders to stretch team performance to exceptional levels. Approach involves individual team member interviews before the workshop during which the team selects and prioritises focus areas based on “current team reality” and 12-18 months Mission.

Leadership Development

Design and facilitation of Leadership Development Workshops (one to five days) for all levels, including transitioning new leaders and sharpening Executive leadership focus and skills.
 Focus on deepening “Emotional Intelligence”, raising personal awareness and linking it to the impact on others and the ability to engage (bond) emotionally. Emphasis on courageous, skillful responses, particularly in relation to challenging situations to ensure that leaders at all levels keep their energy focused on delivering objectives through others.

Selection and Assessment

Assessment and Selection of personnel through participation in Assessment Centres, analysis of observed behaviours, analysis and interpretation of Hogan Personality Questionnaires (Global Leadership Inventory), 16PF Personality Profiling, analysis and interpretation of 360 Feedback and providing candidate feedback.

Other

Prior to working with Seven Rocks, Martin had a variety of Finance Roles in Industry, including Finance Director with a team of 20 people in three countries. He qualified in Finance with KPMG in the UK.
