Deirdre Quiery - emotional intelligence at work traning

Deirdre Quiery has more than 25 years experience working as a District Manager in Financial Services, a HR Business Partner and as an Associate Senior Consultant with a Global HR Consultancy, delivering Workshops in Holland, Switzerland, Germany, Israel, Antigua, Ireland, Poland, the Ukraine, France, Belgium, Spain and India. She has an MSc. in Consciousness Studies and Transpersonal Psychology from Liverpool John Moore’s University.
With Martin, she designs and co-runs, Emotional Intelligence at Work Workshops in Mallorca, Spain.
She has won several prizes for her business writing and is an inspiring Speaker on the themes of “Emotional Intelligence at Work”, “Beyond Vision and Values”, Transcending the Corporate Ego” and “The Appearance and Disappearance of Space, Time, Self and World.”

Martin Quiery - emotional intelligence training

Martin Quiery facilitates Leadership Development Workshops across a wide range of material from Business Visioning, through to Strategy Execution. He also delivers Finance Workshops for MSc. students in Loughborough University’s Business Department. During the past five years he has provided Consultancy support to several businesses in Mallorca, Spain, designing and implementing Business Planning and Process Improvement projects. The work has focused on improving profitability and operational effectiveness through better people and situation management within the manufacturing, marketing and retailing sectors.

He worked at Finance Controller level in a number of large UK companies including Arriva p.l.c. and the Unipart Group. His responsibilities in this arena incorporated all aspects of the financial environment (control, reporting, business planning, IT, etc.) and included support and development of strategic planning and managing a team of 17 people across five countries. He has operated and influenced at board level, presented to large employee gatherings and developed and facilitated a wide range of learning material.

Additionally, Martin has worked with Accountants KPMG (in finance) and Monsanto (as a Mechanical and Chemical Engineer).
